I know this is in my discussion for Week 2, but this sums up how I feel perfectly.
Since I was a young child I have always wanted to be a teacher, perhaps it is in my blood since both of my parents are teachers. I believe that my education experience was wonderful and I would like the opportunity to help to provide this educational experience for the future children in our public school system. Teaching and working with children are my passions; I find these tasks to be both rewarding and fulfilling. With having over 10 years experience in the child care field and working with children, I know that this is the right path for me. This profession is where my heart is; I know I will succeed and have an impact on the children that I teach. I truly can’t wait!
I am so glad that you have been lucky to have a good educational experience in your past. Sounds like you have a solid base for your passion to burn and thrive.
ReplyDeleteYou sound truly passionate about your work and it is obvious that you care about young children and the care and education they receive.
ReplyDeleteYour story is very inspiring to me. I only been in the early childhood field for 2 years going on 3 years now. I love to speak with people who continue to stay positive and committed to a field for so long. I am sure that you have touched the lives of so many children already in the past 10 years. Imagine what the next 10 will be like with a graduate degree in early childhood!
ReplyDeleteThanks everyone for your comments. I truly am passionate about the profession and working with young children, just like many of you.
